The project on water resources assessment in the overall planning of Hulun Buir economic and technology development zone, which was undertaken by the Department of Water Resources of IWHR, has recently been inspected by an expert team after a year’s endeavor.

The highlight of the work done by the project team up to now is the Report on Water Resources Assessment in the Overall Planning of Hulun Buir Economic and Technology Development Zone, the depth of which meets the requirements and guidelines of the Ministry of Water Resources in the sector. The scheme on water resources protection and guarantee, strategies on impact mitigation of the plan implementation, conclusions of the assessment as well as suggestions on the adjustment of the plan, are operable and adaptable to the local conditions.
