Abstract: Standard system is the core of the standardization management. With the constant development of water standardization, several problems have arisen in the current technical standard system, including the insufficient utilization of the level dimension of systematic frame, the redundancy and overlapping within the system frame and between different standards, the narrow coverage of some standards, the absence of some fields, the misuse of standard feature names, and the low level of internationalization. Therefore the current system of water technical standard is inconsistent with the requirements of the status quo. Based on the analysis of existing problems, this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions to provide references for the revision of the system table of water technical standard.
