Abstract: It is the inevitable trend for the development of information technology to realize digitized retrieval and sharing of the literature resources of water resources and hydropower technology. Based on the relevant literature and practice, this paper conducts in-depth study and review of the academic classification system and the metadata system architecture of the scientific literature on water resources and hydropower, and establishes an overall framework of digital search platform for the scientific literature of water resources and hydropower based on the actual application environment. Through this research, the limited resources can be fully utilized to better serve the related research and production, while at the same time providing the researchers of water resources and hydropower with a faster and more convenient way to search the scientific literature.
